By registering for the Quid AI Pro trial, Customer may access and use AI Summaries across all licensed Quid modules where AI Summary is available, subject to the following.

• Quid’s reasonable use guidelines
• 3-month pilot: At the end of the 3-month pilot, the $4,995.00 Fee paid by Customer may be applied to either a new 12-month Quid AI Pro license or a Quid AI Max license.

Subscription Term

3 months, effective as of the date registration is completed.

Invoice Details

• Invoice Schedule: $4,995.00* invoiced on the Effective Date
• Payment Terms: Immediate

*Taxes. Prices shown above do not include any taxes that may apply. In addition, unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided, this Order may be subject to state and local taxes. This is not an invoice.

These trial terms incorporate the terms of the agreement already in place between Quid and Customer (“Agreement”) and govern the provision of Services to Customer by Quid. Capitalized words or phrases in the Agreement have the same meanings in this Order. By registering for the pilot, Customer agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this Order and the Agreement for the noncancellable Term detailed above.
