What We'll Cover:

Ask ChatGPT or Gemini for the best rain jacket or the right CRM and the answer names a handful of brands, each framed a certain way. No ranking report shows who made that list or why. This session walks through two Q Agents built to show which brands AI answers favor, and what it takes to join them.

The Narrative AEO Agent starts with a question, not a brand. It expands that question into a cluster of related prompts, runs them across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, and DeepSeek, and shows which brands own the answer, how each is framed, and which sources the models lean on.

The Brand & Product AEO Agent starts with the brand. It compares how LLMs, social conversation, and search describe a brand or product against its competitors, maps the gaps, and ranks recommendations to close them.

Then we'll walk through a finished example: an AEO naming brief on a popular outdoor brand's jackets and vests.

See Who Owns The Answer
Find which brands five major AI models name for the questions buyers ask, how consistently each appears, and where the models disagree.

Close The Gap Between Brand And Answer
Compare how AI describes a brand with what social conversation and search demand say, with a recommendation tied to each gap.

Turn Findings Into Fixes
Follow one brief from consumer signal to specific product-name rewrites and the assortment whitespace behind them.

The Example: Popular Outdoor Clothing Brand Names Its Jackets In Words Shoppers Don't Use

The brand's 115-piece men's outerwear catalog leads with invented and fabric names, none of which appear in the consumer conversations Quid tracks. Shoppers use archetype words instead: last quarter, gorpcore drew 2.0M posts and retro fleece 842K. Influencers name this company a defining gorpcore brand, yet the word appears in none of its 115 product names, descriptions, or category labels.

The brief rewrites each name to lead with the word a shopper would say out loud, so a jacket named after one of their lines becomes a rain jacket first. It also flags whitespace, including a nine-jacket ski line with no ski or snowboard word in any name.
